apply the wax in the same direction as growth, usually downwards. Apply the wax strips and ensure its smoothness. then pull against the direction of growth.

Well, I'd say it was at a salon. Have you tried bleaching the hair on her upper lip? I have a friend who does this and even told me that money launderers will receive because a tash I would have never known.
